A facility for major events
C.Volo has turned the long-established events area of the non-operative part of Reggio Emilia Airport into a permanent, superbly equipped facility able to host audiences of 100,000 and minor events, generate new economies and earn the area a leading position in Italy and Europe in terms of entertainment, culture and tourism.
The funding, construction and management of RCF Arena Reggio Emilia have been entrusted for 18 years (until 2035) to the SPV C.Volo, formed by a network of 7 enterprises whose individual expertise is able to guarantee comprehensive management at strategic and operational level:

RCF Arena Reggio Emilia: the development of the project
The process for the development of RCF Arena Reggio Emilia began in 2016: Aeroporto di Reggio Emilia S.p.A. and the Municipal Council of Reggio Emilia issued a tender for the funding, construction and management of an arena for events in the non-operative area of the airport, owned by the state.
